Cultural Dinner – What’s Included

Immerse yourself in an evening of authentic flavor, tradition, and entertainment. Our Cultural Dinner package includes:

• Full Course Traditional Dinner – Featuring a variety of authentic local dishes (vegetarian options available)
• Live Cultural Performance – Traditional dance, or theatrical storytelling
• Themed Dining Venue – Decor inspired by local heritage
• Photo Opportunities – Capture memorable moments with performers or in decorated spaces
• English-speaking Host or Guide – To help explain the cultural background and dishes served

Reservation & Payment

• Reservations must be made at least 1 day in advance.
• A full payment or minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• Remaining balance must be settled before the event starts.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the event will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
• In case of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather or local restrictions), the event may be rescheduled or fully refunded.

Arrival & Timing

• Guests must arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss part of the performance or dinner, with no refunds.
• The event will start as scheduled to respect performers and other guests.

Dietary Requests

• Special dietary needs (e.g., vegetarian, allergies) must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
• While we try to accommodate, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free meal.

Behavior & Respect

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully during performances and in the presence of cultural displays.
• We reserve the right to remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive or disrespectful.

Photo & Media Use

• Photos/videos may be taken during the event for promotional use.
• Please inform us in advance if you do not wish to be photographed.

Children Policy

• Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
• Child-friendly meals may be available upon request.
