Reservation and Availability

Floating breakfast service must be booked in advance (minimum 1/days).
Service is subject to availability and weather conditions. In case of adverse weather (heavy rain, strong wind), the floating breakfast may be rescheduled or replaced with an alternative dining option.

Service Timing

Floating breakfast is available during designated hours, typically between 07.00 AM and 11.30 PM.
Guests must specify preferred time slot upon booking.

Safety and Liability

Guests are advised to exercise caution when handling the floating tray and food near or in the pool.
The service provider is not liable for any injuries, slips, or accidents occurring during the floating breakfast.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Special Requests

Please inform us at least 4 hours in advance of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requests. We will do our best to accommodate them.

Pricing and Payment

Prices for the floating breakfast are fixed and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Any additional items or special requests may incur extra charges.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours/days before the scheduled service time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made after this period or no-shows will be charged in full.
In case of weather-related cancellations, the service can be rescheduled or refunded.

Hygiene and Cleanliness

Floating breakfast trays are sanitized before each use.
Guests are requested to dispose of any waste responsibly.

Photography and Social Media

Guests are welcome to take photos during the floating breakfast but are asked to respect privacy and refrain from disruptive behavior.

Other Terms

The service provider reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who behaves inappropriately or causes damage.
