Reservation and Availability

Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred time and therapist.
Walk-ins are welcome based on therapist availability.

Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for consultation and preparation.
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time without a price adjustment.

Health and Medical Conditions

Guests must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or injuries prior to the massage.
The spa reserves the right to decline treatment if it may pose a health risk.

Minimum Age Requirement

Guests must be 18 years or older to receive an aromatherapy massage unless accompanied by a guardian and approved by management.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or changes must be made at least [4hours] in advance.
Cancellations made after this period or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.

Essential Oils Use

Essential oils are selected based on the guest’s preferences and needs.
The spa is not liable for allergic reactions if no prior notice is given about sensitivities.

Conduct and Etiquette

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow spa etiquette during their visit.
Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

Valuables and Belongings

We recommend leaving valuables at room. The spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Payment

Full payment is required before or immediately after the session.

Changes to Terms

The spa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
