Reservation and Availability

• Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred time and therapist.
• Walk-ins are welcome based on therapist availability.

Arrival Time

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for consultation and preparation.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time without a price adjustment.

Health and Medical Conditions

• Guests must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or injuries prior to the massage.
• The spa reserves the right to decline treatment if it may pose a health risk.

Minimum Age Requirement

• Guests must be 18 years or older to receive an aromatherapy massage unless accompanied by a guardian and approved by management.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or changes must be made at least [4hours] in advance.
• Cancellations made after this period or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow spa etiquette during their visit.
• Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

Valuables and Belongings

• We recommend leaving valuables at room. The spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Payment

• Full payment is required before or immediately after the session.
